The Anglesea Street development which has been designed by Brian Meyerson Architects Pty Limited, incorporates the demolition of three existing dwellings on site, consolidation of eleven (11) allotments to form one development site and the construction of a part three (3) and four (4) storey building with basement car parking, comprising 54 spaces.
The development will form Stage 2 of the Lifestyle Manor Seniors living developments, providing a linkage between Nos.24-32 Flood Street development (Stage 1). The proposal will also have an internal connection to the Stage 1 Development, providing access to the foyer off Flood Street and common facilities within the building. Vehicular access to basement parking is also from Stage 1, off the Flood Street driveway to the basement below the proposed development.
The proposed Seniors Living development will contain a total of thirty seven (37) self contained dwellings, comprising:
5 x one bedroom dwellings;
6 x one bedroom plus study dwellings;
15 x two bedroom dwellings; and,
11 x three bedroom dwellings.
