GSA Planning was involved in this project from the outset and provided due diligence advice and planning advice prior to the clients purchasing the subject site. GSA Planning provided urban design, planning and traffic advice and liaised with Council during the development of the design. The project now known as Lifestyle Manor incorporated a five storey residential flat building for seniors containing a total of forty (40) units and 60 carparking spaces at basement level. The architects, Campbell Luscombe Folk Lichtman were involved in an iterative exercise with the Design Review Panel which resulted in the project being modified to satisfy the perceived provisions of SEPP No. 65.

The project is now completed and there are many senior persons occupying this development which offers numerous facilities: library, common areas, swimming pool, gymnasium, massage and healthcare, and a cinema.
