GSA Planning provided development advice and prepared a Statement of Environmental Effects and Demolition Report in support of a development application to Woollahra Council for a new dwelling house on the subject site.

The proposed development, which was designed by TDDP Architects, incorporated demolition of the existing dwelling house and ancillary buildings on site, and construction of a new part two (2) part three (3) storey dwelling house with double garage, and extensive landscape works.
