In late 2013 GSA Planning provided expert evidence in the Land and Environment Court in support of a development application at No.5 Stewart Place, Paddington.  The proposal, designed by Enter Projects, comprised a contemporary dual occupancy development in place of a derelict and structurally unsound terrace house.

While GSA Planning was not initially involved in this project, we were engaged to provide expert Planning evidence and represent our client in conciliation proceedings.  The matter was successfully resolved at conciliation and subsequently approved by the Court.
