GSA Planning has had a long involvement with the Prince Henry site since Landcom first contemplated purchasing the site for redevelopment purposes. GSA Planning was involved in the due diligence report prior to purchase. Subsequently, GSA Planning formed an integral part in the multi disciplinary master planning team. Our company prepared: the planning report; the social plan; the traffic and parking reports; the Local Environmental Plan (LEP); the Development Control Plan (DCP); the Section 94 Plan and the Planning Agreement. Subsequent acquisition by Landcom of adjoining lands resulted in the review reappraisal and revision of this documentation over a period of time, in which GSA Planning held an integral role.
GSA Planning also provided planning advice and prepared planning and traffic reports for a number of other development sites at Prince Henry. These included: the relocation of the helicopter base; the two blocks for age care apartments; and the hostel to be managed by St. Luke’s. Subsequently, GSA Planning has been involved in numerous development applications where we have provided planning, design, traffic and heritage advice on existing and proposed building for the subject site.
