GSA Planning provided planning advice for a residential development at 68-76 Wentworth Road, Randwick. A Masterplan for the Wentworth Street site had previously been approved by Randwick Council to erect a townhouse development and two and three storey residential flat buildings on the site. The land was zoned 5 Special Uses and was occupied by a dwelling formerly used as a Vice-Chancellor’s residence. A rezoning of the land permitted us residential and open space uses on the site.
GSA Planning was involved in the design development and prepared the Statement of Environmental Effects for the residential development, which was designed by Candalepas Associates and incorporated 60 units. This residential flat building is now an award winning development
