GSA Planning provided design development advice and prepared a Statement of Environmental Effects for the adaptive re-use of an existing telephone exchange building as an educational establishment for the Heart Research Institute.

Designed by Daryl Jackson Robin Dyke Pty Ltd, the development retained the significant buildings on the site, which are considered to be an important component of the area’s character. The proposal included various alterations and additions as well as the demolition of adjacent semi-detached dwellings to provide adequate site access and off street parking.
