Yes. We frequently appear before the NSW Land and Environment Court and the Supreme Court as expert witnesses in planning matters.
Our fees vary depending on the project. For planning advice and meetings, we typically work on an hourly rate, while most planning reports are quoted as a fixed lump sum.
